• The reservoir, Hatfield West, is located adjacent to the Hatfield Moor site.
• Nearby there is land designated as Special Area of Conservation and Site of Special Scientific Interest and although these designations do not apply to Hatfield West various ecology surveys have been undertaken to inform the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process.
